Who is the DK Catching Development Program for?
Athletes who are looking to improve their catching skills. This program has progressions for receiving, throwing, and blocking over the course of several weeks. Whether you are looking to be a better receiver or thrower, the program combines initial receiving programming and a velocity throwing program for getting the most out of your training periods.

In all our camps, emphasis is placed on:

• mastering and understanding throwing techniques
• giving signs, primary and secondary stances
• blocking fundamentals
• receiving the ball
• lowering “POP” Times
• Game IQ
• lower body strength training
  

Session 1 in 2024

• WEDNESDAYS January 30, Feb 6, 13, 20, 2024
• Ages 12 and Under       6:30 -7:30pm
• Ages 13-15 and 15-17    7:30-8:30pm

Session 2 in 2024
