Catching DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Elevate Your Game Behind the Plate
Scheduled for athletes committed to mastering the catcher position. Over the course of several weeks, we combine advanced receiving progressions with a from the ground up focused throwing protocol to help you get the most out of your training. Camp is run by Jared Zima, former D2 Post Univ starting catcher and Post Univ Catching Coach.
Core Training Focus:
- Mechanics: Mastering throwing technique and blocking fundamentals.
- Performance: Advanced receiving, framing, and lowering "Pop" times.
- Mental Game: Developing high-level defensive Game IQ.

We've been turning out the best high school, college, & professional catchers for 24 years.
Throughout the sessions we'll improve rotational strength, hip strength, and core to provide athletes with functionality to be more efficient players.
- Middle & HS groups NOW - mid March

- 2x week on Mondays & Thursdays from 7-8:30pm
