Evaluating the data and designing a strength program that factors in all variances to properly align or re-align each athlete. The programming will make each player as strong as possible to maximize their rotation ability and strength.

Hitting strength is simple rotational power, but add in location, timing, movement and it becomes the hardest thing to do in sports.
With our individually designed professional programming, we assess the best possible exercises to correct and improve sequential points within the swing. There are multiple pieces to the swing, so creating a smooth and biomechanically correct swing is the prescription.

Pitching/ Fielding Arm Strength is maximizing speed and strength without over bulking the player.
We’ll design and find the perfect balance per the player for what they need on the diamond. With the high volume of throws these positions incur, corrective exercises are of paramount importance to success. With high volume comes growth and unfortunately when using only one arm for throwing that creates imbalances that become ticking time bombs for injury, severe ones. Through the evaluation and screening process, take the time to correct any muscular imbalances to help mold a safer, more efficient and better functioning player.
