DK Preseason Pitching Programs w/ current pro Chas Cywin is designed to prepare for the rigors of the spring season. We begin with a hypertrophy stage focused on building muscle mass, followed by a strength & power phase to optimize performance.

Whether you are looking to be a better receiver or thrower, the program combines blocking, receiving and a step by step throwing program.
- Ages 8-10,11-13 from 6-7pm on MONDAYS

This class is for players ages 6-8 and 9-12 to improve hitting, fielding, throwing mechanics and also to have a lot of fun! Consists of DK baseball skills & conditioning developed by the Parisi Speed School.
